ABOUT THE WORK
Delighting moves in quiet layers. Wax, house paint, oil stick, and acrylic soften into one another, forming a surface that feels suspended in time. The palette unfolds in shades of rivergrass, pale jade, and stone. Greens that recall submerged banks and softened light.
Light arrives gently. It filters across the surface like water catching sun—diffuse, dappled, never harsh. It lingers over forms that drift without urgency. Shadows breathe along the edges.
This piece carries the sense that something is being shaped in the unseen. A slow and steady forming beneath still water.
It is a soft turning toward what is already becoming.
